Returns & Exchanges
Please contact Customer Service on our site via [email protected] , indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.You will receive a response as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. (The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.)
Return Conditions
All Purchase (except accessories) can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 15days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect for the return request.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
Note:
Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
